Boarding requirements

For Boarding Services Reservation

  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon booking. Failure to submit the deposit on time may result in the loss of your reservation. Payments can be made through our website: Customer Portal. The remaining payment must be settled on the day of the reservation when you drop off your pet.
  • Health and Safety Policies: Rabies and Parvo vaccines must be up to date. As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe environment for all pets, it is mandatory for all animals to be up-to-date with both bordetella and rabies vaccines. If we do not receive proof of your puppies’ rabies and bordetella vaccinations, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your pet. As stated in our cancellation policy, this may result in the loss of your deposit, which cannot be applied to future reservations.

  • Check-in – Check-Out Instructions: Check-in is available from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Check-out is required by 12:00 PM on your pick-up day. Any check-outs after 12:00 PM will incur a $25 charge for Daycare. Furthermore, if you’ve requested our grooming services for your puppy, please remain vigilant for a message or call from us notifying you that your furry best friend is ready for pick-up. You will have 1 hour after our notification to pick up your pet. Please save our phone numbers to ensure that our calls are not marked as spam: (407) -371-9544 / (321) 263-1720. Check-in and Check-out is from Monday to Saturday.

  • Food Instructions: Pet owners need to provide their dog’s food in daily portions, each separated in a Ziplock bag to avoid cross-contamination and to enable proper identification. For example: If your dog eats two portions daily, please bring two separate bags, one for each portion. If your pet requires wet food, you can provide them with any canned food. We regret to inform you that we do not accept raw food or refrigerated food!.

Boarding Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of the reservation, a full refund of the deposit will be issued. Please note that a percentage is charged for the refund transaction, and this fee may vary based on your chosen payment method, as some point-of-sale systems impose a percentage fee for refund transactions.
  • If the cancellation is within 72 hours of the reservation, the deposit is non-refundable, and no credits will be issued for future reservations.
  • If you arrive on the day of your reservation and do not provide the required vaccinations, we won’t be able to accommodate your dog in our facility, and you will lose your deposit with no credit issued for other services.
  • For holiday times, we set up specific drop-off and pick-up times. Please communicate with our staff for more detailed information.
