Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. These changes impact our business flow and clients so if you must make adjustments, please be advised of our policies:
We offer a 15-minute courtesy period for all grooming appointments. If you do not arrive within this 15-minute window and fail to call (no-call/no-show), your appointment will be automatically canceled, your pet will lose its reserved spot, and a $25 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file. A no-call/no-show is considered a no-show. To avoid the $25 no-show fee, you must call us within the first 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment to notify us that you are running late. If you arrive after the 15-minute courtesy period, a $15 late arrival fee will be added to your balance. In both situations, accommodation will be at the groomer’s discretion, based on the day’s schedule, and your pet may be accepted as a walk-in only if availability allows. Walk-in appointments do not have a guaranteed time frame. We will notify you by phone call when your pet is ready for pick-up. This policy is in place to respect the time and appointments of all clients and staff.
