For Grooming Services Appointments

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. These changes impact our business flow and clients so if you must make adjustments, please be advised of our policies:

  •  Cancellation, Late Arrival, No-Show & Courtesy Policy and Rescheduling Policies
    • If you need to cancel your appointment, please be aware of our 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made during business hours (9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday, and 8 am – 4 pm on Saturday) via a phone call and must be confirmed by a staff member. Please note that appointments cancelled by text, voicemail or email will not be accepted.
    • Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or same day reschedules will result in a $15.00 cancellation fee per dog. This fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. If there is no credit card on file, the fee will be added to your next appointment.
    • We offer a 15-minute courtesy period for all grooming appointments. If you do not arrive within this 15-minute window and fail to call (no-call/no-show), your appointment will be automatically canceled, your pet will lose its reserved spot, and a $25 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file. A no-call/no-show is considered a no-show. To avoid the $25 no-show fee, you must call us within the first 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment to notify us that you are running late. If you arrive after the 15-minute courtesy period, a $15 late arrival fee will be added to your balance. In both situations, accommodation will be at the groomer’s discretion, based on the day’s schedule, and your pet may be accepted as a walk-in only if availability allows. Walk-in appointments do not have a guaranteed time frame. We will notify you by phone call when your pet is ready for pick-up. This policy is in place to respect the time and appointments of all clients and staff.

    • If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notification, a No-Show Fee will be charged based on your dog’s size:
      • Small dogs (up to 35 lbs): $25
      • Medium dogs (36–50 lbs): $35
      • Large dogs (over 50 lbs): $45
      • For hourly-based appointments, 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged.
      These fees will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. If there is no credit card on file, the fee will be added to your next appointment.
    • After three cancellations or no shows, our booking system will automatically restrict you from making any further appointments online. If you wish to schedule an appointment, you will need to call us directly. Additionally, we will require a deposit of approximately 50% of the service cost to secure a new appointment.
    • To help minimize accidents or stress related messes in the cage after your dog is ready for pickup, our staff will contact you via a phone call and an automated text message to let you know that your pet will be ready in 30 minutes. After being notified, you will have a one hour window to pick up your pet at no additional charge. If you wish to pick them up after this one hour window, we offer daycare services for a fee of $25.
